DESCRIPTION

This module provide you to add and manage your own publication categories as well as provide methods of inserting common HTML tags by the click of a button or you can upload your publication document that you have scan before.

Main features:

1. User can add and manage publication by categories.
2. Visibility or User Access Rights.
3. User can preview before post that publication.
4. Item counter for each publication categories.
5. Admin can add and manage the publication categories.
   

The Contact Portal maintains the list of telephones lines, line types and their purposes for the various branches and location of your organization. The portal also includes search functionality to assist you to quickly locate the contact details of an employee within your organization.

3. Contact Summary (Ext., IP., Centrex, Email, IM).

This module maintains an online document depository system that is easy to configure for a novice yet easily customized for the more experienced user. The built-in login system provides a secure environment by making certain that only individuals with the correct username and password and also have access right gain access to the document directories. Currently, Document Depositories can create, rename and delete folders; create, upload, rename, download and delete files; sort by Name, Size and Date Modified.

      3. User member can sort files by name, upload date and downloads.
      4. User member can delete or modify its own files.
      5. Administrator and Power user can delete all files and create or delete directories.

The Discussion Forums provides an avenue for employees to discuss their favorite topics be it work related or entertainment.

The content management provides the basic support functionality that help you to manage the content for corporate portal such as member management, private message and etc.
